Premium reports include everything in Standard, plus workforce data, co-tenancy profiles, footfall depth analysis, retail vitality index, supply & demand gauge, revenue estimator, hotel proximity, F&B licensing overview, safety profile, regulatory checklist, district benchmark table, the PLACISE location score, PDF download, and full in-depth AI strategic analysis.

Bundles let you pre-purchase multiple reports of a specific tier — Standard or Premium — at a discounted rate. Once purchased, credits are added to your account and can be used anytime. Bundle credits never expire and do not roll over between tiers.

Yes. You can upgrade any existing report from Basic to Standard or Premium, or from Standard to Premium. You only pay the price difference — the original report credit is applied toward the upgrade.

You receive 2 free Basic reports per month. Free credits reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over — unused free credits from the previous month are forfeited.
